InGear Helps Atlona Showcase High Profile Project

The San Francisco 49ers and Centerplate — the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers, and entertainment venues — recently began using digital connectivity solutions from InGear PR client Atlona® as part of a new digital menu board system at Candlestick Park. The digital menus are a hit with fans, and Centerplate loves the simplicity and clarity brought by the ability to show digital signage on the TVs, as well as the level of integration achieved due to Atlona’s products. Another important factor is the system’s ease of use. It is totally self-operating, which eliminates the need for a dedicated employee to monitor it.

Atlona was not only proud of the way its products were serving Candlestick Park, it knew the project would be a good example of what it could do for other similar customers. A case study would be just the thing to highlight the key points of the Candlestick Park implementation for other potential customers.

To make the case study happen, InGear PR went to work scouring editorial calendars and talking to editors for the key trade publications, all in search of the right opportunity to showcase the Candlestick Park project. That opportunity arose with Commercial Integrator, which was putting together an issue focused on the entertainment and stadium market. Realizing the issue would be a great fit, InGear gathered the details from Atlona and pitched the idea of a case study to the editor at Commercial Integrator. Along with the pitch came an offer to connect the editor with the systems integrator. The editor liked the idea, so InGear coordinated the interview and gathered the photos the editor would need.
